Smart parking is becoming more and an integral part of smart city initiatives. Utilizing managing areas a challenging task as space often limited, finding empty spaces are hard citizens want to park their vehicles close preferred places. This becomes worse in important/posh major metropolitan cities during rush hour. Due unavailability proper management system, have roam around lot order find suitable area. leads the wastage valuable time, unnecessary fuel consumption environmental pollution. paper proposes system (SPMS) based on multiple criteria reservation algorithm (MCPR) that allows driver/owner reserve most appropriate from anywhere at any time. The also considers concept dynamic pricing strategy for calculating charge gain revenue by government agencies well private investors. employs sensors calculate concentration index, average inter-arrival time area better planning. simulation results show proposed reduces extra driving required users hence it will reduce traffic congestion, which turn air pollution caused
